    Returns Policy

    • Please note that XUK Ltd is not liable for any shipping fees or lost returns. We will provide a refund for the returned items, excluding any shipping costs or customs/duty fees that may have been incurred during the return process. Your refund will solely cover the value of the items returned. Thank you for your understanding.
    • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
    1. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    2. The item must be in the original packaging.
    3. The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Kindly note that any returns exceeding the 14-day timeframe will not be accepted. In the event that a customer sends back a product despite this information, they will be responsible for arranging the collection of the item from our store within 7 days if they wish to have it returned to them. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding regarding our return policy.
    • There will be a 20% restocking fee applied for orders placed incorrectly or being returned due to change of mind and refusing the package on delivery, there will be no restocking fees for orders that have been damaged in transit caused by the courier company.
    • It may take up to 7 working days from the time of arrival for the return to be refunded.

    • Please kindly note that as the customer, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable.     All order placed before 2:00 pm “UK local time” will be dispatched the same day and orders placed after 2:00 pm will be dispatched next working day.

    Customs, Duties and Taxes

    Damages

    • XUK UK LTD. (www.xukltd.com) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
    • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
    • You (the customer) will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
