ITEM DESCRIPTION:

• We manufactured the AMG style front splitter lip for the Mercedes A-Class W176 2013-2015  from carbon fiber with a gloss finish (no painting required).

INSTALLATION:

1. Prepare the Surface: Clean the front bumper area where the front lip will be attached using panel wipe. Ensure the surface is dry and free from any debris or wax.

2. Dry Fit the Front Lip: Test-fit the front lip onto the bumper to ensure proper alignment. Make adjustments if needed to ensure a precise fit.

3. Apply Double-Sided Tape (Optional): To provide initial adhesion, you can apply double-sided automotive tape to the back of the front lip. This step adds stability before using silicone and screws.

4.Silicone Application: Apply a thin, even layer of automotive-grade silicone adhesive along the contact surface of the front lip that will attach to the bumper.

5. Position and Attach: Carefully position the front lip onto the front bumper. Apply firm pressure to ensure good contact between the lip and the bumper. The silicone will aid in creating an initial bond.

6. Secure with Screws: For added stability, use screws to further secure the front lip onto the bumper. Drill small guide holes if necessary, then fasten the lip using screws and a screwdriver.

7. Cleanup: Wipe away any excess silicone that may have squeezed out during the attachment process. Use a clean cloth and a suitable solvent to remove any residue.

8. Allow Time to Cure: Let the adhesive cure according to the manufacturer’s instructions before driving the vehicle. Typically, this involves allowing the silicone to set for several hours or as recommended.
