ITEM DESCRIPTION:

• We manufacture the Panamericana GT-style front grill for the Mercedes A-Class W176 2015-2018 from ABS plastic.
• Finished in gloss black with chrome details.

INSTALLATION:

1. Prepare and Lift the Car: Park the car on a level surface and engage the parking brake. Lift the front end of the vehicle using a jack, providing enough clearance to work comfortably underneath.

2. Remove Fasteners: Using a basic toolkit, locate and remove the screws or clips securing the wheel well liners to the bumper. This step may require access from underneath the car.

3. Detach Bumper: Locate and remove the screws, bolts, or clips securing the bumper to the vehicle. These are often located under the bumper, near the wheel wells, and sometimes under the hood. Be careful not to damage any wiring or sensors connected to the bumper.

4. Disconnect Wiring and Sensors (if applicable): If there are any wiring harnesses or sensors connected to the bumper, carefully disconnect them to allow removal of the bumper.

5. Remove OEM Grill: Once the bumper is detached, locate and remove the OEM grill. Gently release and remove it from the bumper.

6. Install the New Grill: Position the Panamericana GT-style grill in place of the OEM grill on the bumper. Ensure proper alignment and fitment before proceeding.

7. Reattach Bumper: Carefully reattach the bumper to the vehicle, ensuring all screws, bolts, and clips are secured properly.

8. Reconnect Wiring and Sensors (if disconnected): If any wiring or sensors were disconnected, reattach them securely.

9. Reinstall Wheel Well Liners: Securely fasten the wheel well liners back into place using the screws or clips removed earlier.

10. Lower the Car: Once the installation is complete, carefully lower the vehicle from the jack.

11. Final Check: Double-check all connections and fittings to ensure everything is secure and in place.
