ITEM DESCRIPTION:

• Our VW Passat CC R-Line style body kit conversion is manufactured from PP plastic (polypropylene).

COMES WITH:​

• Bumper skin “unpainted”.
• Bottom grill “gloss black with chrome details.
• A pair of side grills.
• A pair of fog lights.
• 4 x Chrome details for the side grills.
• A pair of bumper brackets.
• A pair of side skirts (unpainted).
• Rear diffuser “quad pipes” skin with a gloss black finish.
• Undertray.

INSTALLATION:

1. Removing OEM Front Bumper:
– Locate and remove the bolts or clips securing the OEM front bumper. Carefully detach any electrical connectors or sensors.
– Take off the OEM front bumper and set it aside.

2. Installing New Front Bumper:
– Position the R-Line style front bumper onto the designated mounting points of the vehicle.

3. Installing Side Skirts:
– Apply double-sided tape and a thin layer of automotive silicone on the mounting points of the side skirts and align them properly.
– Secure the side skirts ensuring a snug fit against the vehicle’s body.

4. Replacing Rear Diffuser:
– Remove the OEM rear diffuser carefully.
– Fit the R-Line style rear diffuser into place, ensure proper alignment.

5. Exhaust Modifications (if required):
– Depending on the design of the new rear diffuser, exhaust modifications might be necessary to ensure proper fitment.

6. Final Checks:
– Verify that all components are securely attached and aligned properly.
– Wipe off any excess adhesive or residues using a clean cloth or alcohol wipes.
– Allow the adhesive to cure as per the silicone manufacturer’s instructions before driving to ensure a secure attachment.
